We endeavour to produce and ship all orders the same day if ordered before 12:00 pm.

If your products are shipped erroneously as a result of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied at the time of order any and all other additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

You will be charged for any fees we incur for address corrections when delivery attempted and An Post or other courier service charges us for redirecting your package to the correct address.

Claims for damaged products or lost in transit should be made by you to us within a 48-hour window from your dispatch confirmation.

Once delivery confirmation by An Post or other courier services indicates a package has been delivered, we do not have any responsibility as to the security of the package.

EU and worldwide delivery, please allow up to 3 - 15 business days for delivery depending on your location and your countries customs procedures.
